As Laserfiche was introduced to the district administration over 3200 forms were processed daily. When parents or guardian came to pick-up students they used iPad to fill out Laserfiche well-designed form called Sign-out Sheets.

After submission, Laserfiche Forms automatically stores the form in an Incoming folder in the Laserfiche repository and names it using the date and time submitted.

Additionally, Workflow automatically determines the current school year and also adds it to document’s metadata.

In accordance with state regulations, PASAR forms are kept for five years before being destroyed. With Laserfiche, employees can easily create an annual report by searching the repository for records that have met their retention.

At Delta Data Services, we want to support our community and promote a lifestyle that help people with Diabetes. Instead of that holiday party with treats and desserts, we want to plan a walk-a-thon. Instead of the donut breakfast, we want to plan a acai bowl breakfast. There are many things we can do to make our diabetic community feel supported and we at Delta Data Services want to be part of the solution. Fortunately, with November as National Diabetes Month, we can re-concentrate on the diabetes prevention and treatment impact more than 30 million people living in the United States. Diabetes is an epidemic.* The statistics are staggering with millions at risk. This is the month to educate yourself about it, its symptoms, how it affects a people, and know your risks.

At DDS, we all come together for Diabetes Awareness for early detection and intervention of this epidemic. Diabetes affects more people than we probably realize and an early diagnosis leads to early treatment and even prevention. This month we try to raise awareness about diabetes risk factors and encourage people to make healthy changes.

Although diabetes has no cure, here are some tips to help manage prediabetes and prevent diabetes.

This walkthrough is to help you get started with creating a form using Zoho Forms. Follow the simple step-by-step instructions given below to build forms that perfectly match your requirements.

Go to Zoho Forms and click at the top right corner on the button ‘New Form’ to launch the form.

Enter the form Name and Description in the respective fields. Then click Create.

Basic and Advanced Fields are at the left side to choose from.

Drag Fields from the left into the form.

Click on Properties at the tiny functionality bar at the right side of the field, to edit the Field Properties.

You can customize the Field Properties accordingly.

To delete the Field, click ‘Delete’ at the right functionality bar.

In spite of a number of surveys concluding that unbiased gender teams conduct better operations, gender equality and underrepresentation of women remain a crucial issue in the tech business, and women are still substantially given lesser opportunities in the IT world. Although the gender diversity graph is improving, the gender gap in the IT industry is still conspicuous. I’m lucky to represent an international data solutions brand (Delta Data Services LLC) which celebrates diversity and whose percentage of female employees is in majority—almost 90 percent. But we’d like the number to grow even bigger, in all tech businesses.

The World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Report 2019 reveals that we have closed 68% of the gender gap worldwide. As per the survey, it is predicted that it will take 108 years to attain gender parity and 202 years to reach full fledged gender equality in workplace. Hiring more women and incorporating a woman in the recruitment process is an excellent way to eliminate any bias inside an organization. This will give both new employees and the organization a unique perspective. Candidates are more likely to accept a job offer from a firm where they interviewed with both male and female IT managers and executives, according to research.

A Collaborative Change

Change may begin on a small scale, perhaps even inside a single team. It can, however, progress to bringing about change throughout the organization. It can be as minute as being a good listener to your colleague or employee, regardless of their gender or seniority in the workplace. It’s about discovering and developing your personal capacity to care for others, no matter of their gender or sexual orientation. Let’s take that easy step further this International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month as a tech community and include all genders in a team.

Halloween is just around the corner and everybody seem to be excited about the spooky season planning which outfit to wear. Kids love the magic of Halloween. Many communities canceled their celebrations last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So, is it safe to trick-or-treat this year? As most of the US is now vaccinated we feel to take the celebration in full swing while still saying cautious and wearing our Halloween masks. Halloween is a holiday celebrated each year on October 31, and Halloween 2021 will occur on Sunday, October 31. The tradition originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts.*

What’s more essential to a holiday celebration than a party? Well, Halloween parties range from small family dinner, to school bashes with parades, to community gatherings. Parties have a theme of black, orange, and purple along with silly or spooky decor. Then it’s all about the entertainment. Put on a horror movie, get dancing and walk in the streets in a scary attire. At DDS, we have such a diverse group of people here, Halloween is a holiday that everyone can celebrate together, making it an important one for employee engagement and morale, As Halloween is full of hustle and bustle we request the parents to safeguard their children and guide them to only visit neighborhood with an adult to ensure safety.

At DDS we celebrate Halloween with our families trick-or-treating, carving jack-o-lanterns, festive gatherings, donning costumes and eating treats. Today Halloween is far more popular in North America than anywhere else. Halloween has always been a holiday filled with mystery, magic and superstition. It is a good way to have fun scaring ourselves – just a little bit – as the nights get longer and the days get colder.

Spring is a time for reflection and honoring the tremendous renewal that is taking place all around us. It’s that time of year again— stores brimming with brilliantly painted and chocolate-filled eggs, beautiful rabbits peeking out from store shelves, vivid flower decorations aplenty, and summer rising through the cracks – Easter it is! While churches are decorated to commemorate Jesus Christ’s resurrection, children and adults are getting ready to exchange presents and eat hot cross buns. With mass prayers beginning on Good Friday and ending on Easter Sunday, the festive mood is rung in for a week. The date for this year’s celebration is April 17th.

During this season of reflection, Christians all around the world, find solace in thoughts of renewal, hope, faith, and love of neighbor. Grace and compassion have always been a feature throughout DDS’ decades of service to clients, eliminating racial disparities, spreading harmony, and assisting people in recovering from corporate crisis.
