Today, at ASN, a 5 person human resources department manages 750 employees in the state of Arkansas. Community Action Partnership is a non-profit that provides low-income home energy assistance program to the residents in Minnesota’s Ramsey and Washington Counties, The aid is given to residents struggling to access basic heating and utilities.
