Ebitari found the certification process with Laserfiche to be engaging and interesting. The online, on-demand courses gave Ebitari a deep-dive into the solution so that she can better serve our customers. Courses and assessment exams were interactive and Ebitari found that this really drove the concept retention and understanding.
