How to Qualify Leads with Zoho CRM?

Lead qualification is the phenomenon of separating the cotton from the seeds, highlighting your decision, and then contacting potential clients which means finding out the legitimate lead through continuous follow-up. Once you have the right list worth connecting, they are converted to contacts. This systematic process of lead qualification saves time and administrative resources, enhances the conversion rate, as well as prevents you from a bad impression and rejections from prospects that are not potential leads.

Why do businesses need to qualify leads?
Not all the prospects are worth reaching out. A lot of people will get frustrated or reject the proposal or refer you to someone else. Pitching to the uninterested prospects could be a wastage of time and energy. Lead qualification saves you from this. So, the more high quality of lead qualification process, the more good performing leads you achieve—which is a vital start to the successful sales funnel.

How to qualify leads?

The lead status field helps you to highlight the priority and position of certain lead. Workflows can be set to automation for the updating of contents in the record match specific conditions. The lead status can be updated according to the progress in the dealing of the sales rep with the lead.

Manually Changing Lead Status: You can manually change the lead status by updating Zoho CRM record. Manual lead status updating could be time taking and prolonging but it is the complete procedure.
Automatically Changing Lead Status: An organization with an Enterprise license for Zoho CRM can use an automated lead qualification process to qualify leads systematically You can add leads into Zoho CRM using Zoho Forms and automatically qualify leads.

Zoho CRM Tip: Introduction to the Home Tab (Part 1)

The Home Tab of CRM indicates progress of all your activities taking place in Zoho CRM. The Home Tab consists of various modules such as Tasks, Potentials, Leads, Dashboards etc. These components walk you through your everyday sales, provides quick report of daily activities and organizes your tasks. This forms to be the first Tab from the left which gives overview of everything happening in the other tabs.

Navigation in the Home Tab is easier if Customized View is selected. This view specifically show Views or filtered lists from the Tabs or Modules of your choice.

Examples of Views in the Accounts module could be as follows:

• All Accounts (this would mean the organizations Accounts included those owned by all users)

• My Accounts (only the Accounts you have entered)

• Recently Added Accounts

• Accounts Added Today

Views are a way to look at a subset of your records based on any criteria that you are interested in.

This Home page is showing:

• A Dashboard from the Opportunities tab of ‘Pipeline by Stage’

• A View from the Leads tab of ‘Today’s Leads’

• A View from the Activities tab of Open Tasks’

5 Reasons Why You Need a CRM for Real Estate Business

Surprisingly, there are many real estate agents that do not use CRM which can tremendously assist them in lead acquisition and lead management? This is pretty unusual in an industry where the saying "time is money" genuinely applies. Even if the real estate business is doing well, there is still room for CRM to do better with it. They help real estate professionals throughout the sales cycles and close deals. From streamlining lead management from potential homebuyers to improving client relationships, CRM is the problem solver for real estate.

Let’s take a look at 5 major reasons for using CRM for Real Estate.

Better Decision Making with CRM Analytics

CRM analytics may assist you in strategy to win your clients’ preferences and segmenting them into those who are most likely and least likely to close the deal. It can also assess which clients are more lucrative and, as a result, how much resources you should commit to them.

Better Process Management

When it comes to the business side of real estate, selling or buying can be a very strenuous task. Moreover, it can include several follow-ups and re-negotiations. CRM cuts short the process by monitoring their pipelines, scheduling tasks as well as automating the lead generation.

CRM Integrations Increase Productivity

By avoiding you from having to perform a lot of repeated reporting and manual tracking, grouping helpful apps together in this way also saves you time. To organize and monitor all of your leads, files, events, and interactions in one location, you can easily link your CRM with Google Apps.

Keep in Touch with Important Clients

The real estate market may be very cutthroat. Your prospect could contact another agent to inquire about different real estate possibilities if there is even the smallest delay. Consequently, a real estate CRM will assist you in carrying out email sequences. These would advise potential customers on the state of the real estate market through a series of emails.
Drip Campaigns: Plus Point

You may develop your creativity while discovering hot leads by using targeted and tailored email marketing. You may run drip campaigns based on the behaviors of your contacts.
